Is it normal to develop buds before the frost in my blueberries?

Newbie to blueberries. I’m thrilled to see loads of buds developing after I pH tested & added sulfur to the soil in spring. But the timing worries me. Is it normal to develop buds before the frost? Any hope for a good harvest? Should I frost protect?
